Accurate Chemical Injection

This SiA pneumatic pump with 2.25″ air drive delivers highly accurate and repeatable chemical injection, meeting API675. It is intrinsically safe and suitable for use in hazardous environments. This pump comes with the SiA Pneumatic Timer/Controller included, which in conjunction with an optional stroke length adjustor, accurately meters the flow whilst the pump is in operation.

  • High chemical containment & compatibility with SS Filled PTFE with Buna seals and 100% ceramic plunger as standard.
  • Accurately maintain set injection rates irrespective of well head pressure or ambient temperature fluctuations
